THE WAY WE WORK
The alliance of the iure Group, is made up of lawyers and economists in different countries that have been working together for moor than 15 years. They help clients in international matters (the sale and purchase of goods, transport, real estate investments, trading companies, foundations, inheritance, banks, family matters, tax, residence, mercantile contracts…). THIS IS THE BEST WAY OF WORKING that can be offered to our clients: WORKING THROUGH LAWYERS OFFICES that know first hand the local situation (legal and business) in their respective countries and how to achieve the objectives for the clients. Production of letters of intent, MOU, commission contracts, sales contracts and transport contractsin:
  1. Sale by a Spanish company of transport and railway locomotion machinery to the Russian Public Administration.
  2. London: GUERRA ABOGADOS has reached an agreement with MYFAIR CONSULTING GROUP, Ltd, to offer legal services to their clients in London and Spain.

  6. Intermediary between BRIDGEADEAD CAPITAL, MORNINGTON CAPITAL and SAREB (and other Spanish entities) for the sale of properties on the Costa del Sol (Malaga) and Madrid.
  7. Sale of a building in Barcelona to a Russian national for use as a hotel and commercial centre.
  8. An Indian investor interested in purchasing professional film cameras for subsequent hire in India.
  9. Spanish banks deliver a portfolio for foreign and national investors.
  10. Management of the sale of a house and surrounding land in Barcelona to foreign investors.
